SiriHub Token (A/B) — matured is a tokenized interest in Siri Campus office complex (Sansiri HQ), Sukhumvit 77, Bangkok — rental income + asset-sale proceeds. It is a real, officially issued token (ERX (Thailand, SEC-licensed digital asset exchange)) — but unlike the tokens EstateFi prices from on-chain trades, no publicly verifiable secondary-market price exists. There is no published official price either.

ERX trading was custodial book-entry; despite the announced Tezos issuance, no publicly indexed SiriHub contract is findable on TzKT, so neither trades nor redemption are on-chain verifiable.
